Welcome to DIS-SAL Party Planning. Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of, and rental of, products from this website located at https://www.dissalgroup.com and from herein referred to as DIS-SAL Party Planning. Please note that your use of DIS-SAL Party Planning constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms.

General
We may, from time to time, change the terms that govern your use of DIS-SAL Party Planning. Your use of DIS-SAL Party Planning following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed. We may change, move or delete portions of, or may add to, DIS-SAL Party Planning from time to time.

Product Information
Most DIS-SAL Party Planning products displayed on DIS-SAL Party Planning are available in our site for rental in Miami while supplies last. In some cases, merchandise displayed for rental may not be available in our location. The prices displayed at DIS-SAL Party Planning are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States.

Delivery
Rental items will be delivered within the schedule day of the order, although most will be within same day or the following day. Please allow 1 or next day delivery to arrive, unless you have chosen an alternate delivery or pick-up method. All orders must be received by 48 hours before event. You will receive an email from bustabad@dissalgroup.com when your order has been confirmed.

Prices, Delivery & Handling Charges
All rental orders are delivered unless selected otherwise. Rates are calculated in the rental cart. All orders within Florida will incur the current Florida sales tax. Please contact bustabad@dissalgroup.com if you have any questions.

Product Availability
Although availability may be indicated on DIS-SAL Party Planning, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, in our discretion, rental products that have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order.

Returns & Exchanges
All rental made online are final. Returns or exchanges are not available at this time.

DIS-SAL Party Planning is controlled and operated by DIS-SAL Party Planning from its office in Miami, Florida. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the state and federal courts of the State of Florida, County of Miami-Dade.

Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site/ or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any of them, may be terminated by DIS-SAL Party Planning without notice at any time for any reason. Delivery Policy
Most orders are delivered within same day or scheduled date. All orders with delivery over $150.00 will be billed and delivered to the address provided.

Will not deliver if someone is not available to receive the delivery. If this is a problem give us a call within 48 hours before the delivery of your order.

Order Verification
All suspect orders are subject to verification, this is done for your protection. Suspect orders will be held until verified. All unverified orders will be automatically canceled.

Calculating Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are calculated upon check out and depend on which zip code the items rented are being delivered to. To view your delivery costs, place the desired items you wish to order in your quote cart, then view your quote cart, then click on the check out button to set the delivery address to determine your delivery costs. The DIS-SAL Party Planning Privacy Policy collects customer information in an effort to improve our customer's shopping experience and to communicate with our customers about our products, services and promotions. We collect information such as your name, e-mail and postal address, that you provide to us when you place an order, when you save your information with us or when you participate in a sweepstakes, promotion or survey. DIS-SAL Party Planning may use your information collected online to process and fulfill your order. We also collect e-mail addresses at various locations within the site including when you order from the site so that we can send you any necessary e-mail messages related to your order - such as an order confirmation notice. In addition, we maintain a record of your product interests and whatever else might enable us to enhance and personalize your rental experience.
